• Shortlist targeted wines for you, suggesting what to offer by the glass, bottle, or paired with a particular seasonal menu item, always within your target margin.
• Assist in the hardcopy design of your wine list, pairing our wine expertise with quality design, printing & binding. This way as vintages change, we can refresh lists for you, or we can reserve vintages on request to ensure list continuity.
• For sole-supply customers we can train your front-of-house team to know and confidently sell your wine list, and tutor that all important confident bottle opening, tasting and pouring.
• Trade customers are always welcome to our regular trade wine tasting events, where you can meet the winemakers and be among the first to taste new releases.
• Arrange special wines and food wine pairings for larger events such as banqueting or weddings.

Warehouse & Delivery

Our dedicated team of drivers, office, and warehouse staff all help to deliver a fast and efficient service. To ensure your deliveries are accurate and convenient we:

• Time deliveries to fit around your operation, avoiding busy service hours for restaurants, or scheduling early morning delivery for pedestrianised areas.
• Dispatch from our own 25,000 ft. temperature controlled, bonded warehouse in Cambridgeshire, checking every case.
• Use our own fleet of reliable, efficient vehicles
• Communicate with clear, simple invoicing and statements, offering direct debit and credit facilities where possible.
• Provide personalised online order forms to make re-ordering quick and easy for your team.
